LOCAL REAL ESTATE FIRMS ANNOUNCE GROWTH PLANS, Focused on Collaboration, Firm Expand Ranks

Local real estate firms ERA Designs for Living and ERA Central Realty Group have announced plans to join forces, effective October 23, 2017. The combined firm will conduct business as ERA Central Realty Group with main offices located at 349 Applegarth Road, Monroe Township, according to Scott Lauri, Partner of ERA Central Realty Group.

ERA Central Realty Group is the #1 ERA® company in New Jersey and consistently ranks in the Top 25 of ERA Real Estate Companies nationwide. Joining forces of these two like-minded firms solidify the ERA presence across central New Jersey, enabling the agents to bring the consumer more services while preserving the legacy of the two companies.

Attention to consumer needs has always been a trademark of both our real estate firms,” said Lauri. “Now we will be able to deliver our commitment to service to our customers from six convenient office locations throughout central New Jersey and fully leverage the ERA® core values of innovation, collaboration, and superior service.”

ERA® has always been about collaboration,” says Margaret Thuring, Office Supervisor of the Old Bridge location. “Merging the two firms will enable us to foster our culture of teamwork, education and shared expertise.”

ERA Central Realty Group, with partners Scott Lauri and Stephanie Bellanova at the helm, has brought their own vision of change to the world of central New Jersey real estate. With their leadership, ERA Central continues to innovate on a local level with its work in marketing, training and successful implementation of technology ─ keeping pace with the modern agent as well as today’s real estate consumers.

Balance is key, and the company leaders partner with industry experts to maintain the cooperative culture at ERA Central Realty Group. In addition to the support of an in-house real estate instructor who offers continuing education, ERA Central has a marketing department and a technology team.

As ERA Central Realty Group looks to the future, it realizes the impact a healthy real estate market has on its community. An ethical, socially responsible company benefits not only its agents but the community as a whole. With this in mind, ERA Central Realty Group maintains a focus on the local communities through volunteerism and fundraising. Since 2012, ERA Central Realty Group has raised over $30,000 for MDA and other local charities, and since it’s implementation, has awarded over $50,000 in scholarships through their EDGE Scholarship program.

As the company continues to grow, we stay true to our vision from the first day in business in 1986. In each decision, the leadership keeps that vision front of mind: “For us, it’s about supporting our agents and empowering them to achieve their personal goals,” said Bellanova.
